Lemon Raspberry Protein Popsicles

These creamy, fruity popsicles have an added boost of protein from Greek yogurt and milk. The extra protein in the popsicles helps keep you feeling more satisfied for longer.

Serves 6

Ingredients

½  cup (125 mL) nonfat plain Greek yogurt

½  cup (125 mL) nonfat milk

1 ½  cups (375 mL) frozen raspberries

2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar-free maple syrup

1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice

6 standard popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the yogurt, milk, raspberries, maple syrup and lemon juice and purée on High until smooth.
  2. Divide the yogurt mixture equally among six standard popsicle molds. Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours until solidly frozen.
  3. TO STORE: Popsicles can be frozen for up to 2 months.
  4. TO SERVE: Enjoy cold, straight from the freezer.

TOBY’S TIP | If you prefer, swap the raspberries for frozen strawberries, blueberries or mixed berries.
