Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Garlic Bread In a small bowl, combine softened dairy-free butter, garlic, 1 tbsp (15 mL) parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and sea salt until smooth.

Place bread cut side up on the baking sheet. Spread garlic butter liberally on both cut sides of the bread. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the butter is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.

Creamy Garlic Dipping Sauce Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together egg-free mayo, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and lemon juice. Season to taste with sea salt. Set aside.

Jalapeño Cheddar Dipping Sauce Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt dairy-free butter over medium heat. Stir in soy milk and bring to a gentle simmer, but do not boil. Add dairy-free Cheddar cheese, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in jalapeños and season to taste with sea salt. Set aside.

Remove garlic bread from the oven and slice. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tbsp (15 mL) parsley and chives. Serve with the dipping sauces, alongside pasta, lasagna or chili. Store dipping sauces in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
