Lemon Aid

A hydrating, tangy-sweet refresher that’s packed with vitamin C and electrolytes, perfect for hot afternoons or post-workout sipping.
SERVES 1

Ingredients

2 lemons 
2-inch (5 cm) slice of watermelon,  cut to fit the tube
1⁄2 cucumber 
1 tsp liquid honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Using a juicer, process lemons, watermelon and cucumber.
  2. Whisk and pour into a glass. If desired, whisk in honey.

TIP: Before juicing, be sure to remove white pith and seeds from lemons, and peel watermelon and cucumber

This juice is quite tart, but very refreshing, so taste before adding the honey

Pear Pineapple

Naturally sweet and tropical, this digestive-friendly juice supports gut health and gives your immune system a juicy boost.
SERVES 1

Ingredients

2 pears 
2 spears pineapple 
1 cup red or green grapes
1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Using a juicer, process pears, pineapple, grapes and lemon.
  2. Whisk and pour into a glass.

Green Goddess

A crisp, green powerhouse loaded with antioxidants and detox-friendly nutrients, ideal for a clean, energizing reset.
SERVES 1

Ingredients

1 spear broccoli
1⁄2 cucumber
1⁄2 green bell pepper, trimmed
2 sprigs fresh parsley

  1. Using a juicer, process broccoli, cucumber, pepper and parsley.
  2. Whisk and pour into a glass.

CAUTION: Parsley should be avoided during pregnancy and in cases of kidney inflammation
