SERVES 1
Ingredients
2 lemons
2-inch (5 cm) slice of watermelon, cut to fit the tube
1⁄2 cucumber
1 tsp liquid honey, optional
Instructions
- Using a juicer, process lemons, watermelon and cucumber.
- Whisk and pour into a glass. If desired, whisk in honey.
TIP: Before juicing, be sure to remove white pith and seeds from lemons, and peel watermelon and cucumber
This juice is quite tart, but very refreshing, so taste before adding the honey
Pear Pineapple

Ingredients
2 pears
2 spears pineapple
1 cup red or green grapes
1 lemon
Instructions
